About the venue

The Augustinian monastery in Borovany was founded in the 15th century and ranks among the most notable Gothic monuments in South Bohemia. The complex includes the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and adjoining buildings now used for cultural events. Concerts, exhibitions and other public gatherings take place here regularly.
