The cultural house in Boršov, a district of Moravská Třebová, was rebuilt at a cost of 43 million crowns and reopened on 1 January 2026 as the Kulturně kreativní centrum Moravskotřebovska. It hosts balls, carnivals and theatre performances, with local associations - including the Friends of the Cultural House Boršov - organising much of the programme. A branch of the city library also operates on the premises.
