About the venue

The Premonstratensian monastery in Teplá, founded in 1193 by Hroznata of Teplá, ranks among the most significant medieval monasteries in Bohemia. The Hroznatova akademie is the monastery's cultural and educational centre, hosting lectures, concerts and exhibitions. The complex is also known for its baroque library with rare manuscripts.
