About the venue

Home of AV was built from the ruins of the former Maršálek farmstead in Voděrádky near Říčany - a site that had served as an illegal dump until its revitalization. Architect Petr Hájek designed the conversion into a multifunctional complex for the technology company AVT Group. The venue includes a multimedia hall and an open-air summer stage under centuries-old oaks, seating up to 442 spectators and fitted with a retractable roof. Dejvické divadlo performs here regularly, alongside conferences and corporate events.
