Galerie Smečky is an exhibition space in Prague 1, open since 2005 and run by the Nadační fond Galerie Smečky with support from Pražská plynárenská. The gallery focuses on collage as an art form and gradually presents its remarkable collection of Czech and Slovak collage to the public - featuring artists such as Jiří Kolář, Běla Kolářová, Jan Švankmajer and Eduard Ovčáček. Alongside the permanent collection, it regularly hosts temporary shows by contemporary artists.
