About the venue

Ekocentrum PALETA is a certified environmental education centre in Pardubice, active since the 1990s. It is based in the Natura Park building on the bank of the Chrudimka river and runs educational programmes for schools at all levels, teacher training seminars, and public events. Its specialist classrooms feature live animals and hands-on tools such as a loom; more than 20,000 children visit each year. The building also houses an information centre and a café, while a residential branch operates in Oucmanice.
