About the venue

Dolní Vítkovice is a national cultural monument in Ostrava – a vast industrial complex of former blast furnaces, a coking plant, and mining towers dating from the 19th and 20th centuries. Today it serves as a multifunctional cultural and social venue hosting concerts, festivals, exhibitions, and conferences. The landmark of the complex is a former gas holder converted into the unique multipurpose hall Gong.
