Legendary puppet theatre founded in Pilsen in 1930 by Prof. Josef Skupa, based in Prague since 1945. It performs for children and adults with iconic string marionettes – Spejbl, Hurvínek, Mánička and the dog Žeryk. The theatre regularly tours abroad and has been awarded the Thália Prize for lifetime achievement in puppet theatre.
