About the venue

Mělník Castle stands above the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers and ranks among the best-known wine-producing chateaux in Bohemia. Originally a Přemyslid stronghold, it was gradually rebuilt into its current Renaissance and Baroque form. The Lobkowicz family runs it today, offering tours of the historic rooms, cellars, and the vineyard terraces below the castle walls.
