The Center for Contemporary Arts Prague (CSU) was founded in 1992 as the Soros Center under the auspices of the Open Society Institute. Since 2014 it has been based in a converted former bakery building in the Letná district. It runs two galleries - Galerie Jelení, focused on emerging Czech artists, and Galerie Kurzor, with a guest-curator programme - alongside the Artlist.cz art database, a specialist library and an auditorium. Admission is free.
