About the venue

Skalka is an 18th-century Baroque pilgrimage complex in Prague, centred on the Church of the Finding of the Holy Cross and a series of chapels carved into the rock face. The ensemble was designed by František Maxmilián Kaňka and stands as a notable example of Central European Baroque pilgrimage architecture. It hosts religious services as well as cultural events.
