Masaryk Circuit is a motorsport venue on the western edge of Brno, built between 1985 and 1987 in the Podkomorské forests near Ostrovačice. The 5,403-metre track is named after the first Czechoslovak president, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk - racing in Brno dates back to 1930. For many years the circuit hosted the Czech Republic Grand Prix as part of the MotoGP world championship, which returned here in 2025 after a five-year absence. Beyond the racing calendar, the complex offers public track sessions, a motorcycle school, a kart track and the Polygon Brno safe-driving centre.
