About the venue: Klementinum

The Clementinum is a vast baroque building complex in Prague's Old Town, one of the largest of its kind in Europe. The Jesuits began construction in 1556 on the site of a former Dominican monastery, and the complex took nearly 170 years to complete. Today it is the seat of the National Library of the Czech Republic. Guided tours take visitors through the Baroque Library Hall, the Meridian Hall, and the Astronomical Tower.
