Ponrepo bids farewell to summer with a programme of short animated films where the season is far from over. The programme brings together legendary Czechoslovak animators with contemporary creators.

The bears from Kolín return from an outing to their pond and investigate a mysterious explosion - complete with incredible transformations and acrobatic stunts. The film Goodbye Summer! takes viewers on a family holiday to foreign lands where nothing is as it should be; it stands out for its blend of stop-motion and hand-drawn animation. Travel mishaps are then humorously handled in Martin Máj's grotesque The Stranger. The programme closes with an episode from the series Garden, in which children try to find shade in a mysterious garden on a hot day.

After the screening, children will be able to create their own short animated film under the guidance of an instructor from the Ultrafun association.
