This three-day folk festival takes place regularly since 1993, always in early September. It features not only a showcase of top folk ensembles from the Czech Republic and abroad, but also a rich supporting programme: a market with traditional folk crafts and creative workshops for children and adults.

About the venue: Monastery Gardens

The Klášterní zahrady (Monastery Gardens) in Chrudim are a public park created from the grounds of a former Capuchin monastery founded in the second half of the 17th century just outside the walls of the royal town. The upper part of the gardens has a stage area for concerts and performances, while the lower section features an orchard, a wildflower meadow and two small children's playgrounds. Admission is free.
