Cool v Plotě is an international multi-genre festival dedicated exclusively to solo artists from around the world. More than 30 performers will take the stage at various venues in Písek's historic centre, spanning electronic music, jazz, new folk, world music, experimental and acoustic performances.

Performers include Manu Louis, Yegor Zabelov, Kristina Barta, Sisa Fehér, Vlasta Matoušek, HRTL, Milli Janatková, Ai Fen, Jolly Joker DeLuxe, Taliraw and other Czech and international artists.

Venues include Balzám Café, Písecká pivnice, Městská knihovna Písek, Trojice, the courtyard of Prácheňské muzeum, and Soukenická 14.

The festival also features performances, improvisation, panel discussions and installations. Young talent is showcased through the Coolkydz project.
