The Gallery of Fine Arts in Cheb (GAVU) is a contributory organisation of the Karlovy Vary Region, founded in 1962. It is housed in the Baroque New Town Hall on the main square, designed by architect Giovanni Battista Alliprandi. Its permanent exhibitions feature Gothic sculpture from the historical Cheb region and Czech modern art from the 19th to 21st centuries.
