A multipurpose cultural centre on Mírové náměstí in Ostrov near Karlovy Vary, built in 1954–1955 as part of a socialist garden-city development. The building in the socialist realist style features a sculptural group on the façade, an original fresco in the foyer, and stained-glass windows in the social halls.
