Members' Opening Hours: The Battle Between YES and NO

Members of Kunsthalle Praha have the opportunity to explore the exhibition The Battle Between YES and NO during special members' opening hours.

This is the very first major retrospective of William Kentridge in the Czech Republic. Kentridge grew up in Johannesburg during apartheid, in a family deeply committed to social justice, and as a student he was involved in activist movements. These experiences shaped his artistic practice, which reflects the social and historical tensions of the South African Republic while also touching on universal themes of human existence.
