Marriage in a Nutshell

Emil and Marcela have lived together for a hundred years - and only gradually do they realize that it actually works wonderfully between them. Fortunately, they both live to see it.

The play follows their relationship at key moments throughout the century: from their meeting in 1987 by the weir on the Berounka River to a shared bench in the Beskyds, where at one hundred and twenty years old they recall, among other things, who actually wanted to murder whom.
