Brothers Seth and Richie Gecko rob a bank and flee to Mexico with bank employee Gloria Hillman as a hostage. After a stop at a motel where Gloria becomes a victim of Richie's depravity, they take a new hostage - the family of Pastor Jacob Fuller.

After crossing the Mexican border, they head to the Titty Twister bar, where they are supposed to meet local smugglers. But the dancers, bouncers, and bartender transform into vampires with an interest in fresh blood.
