Who Is the Director Here

Ravn is a company director who has hidden his true position from his employees for years, posing as one of them. Playing the absent boss allows him to anonymously push through unpopular measures.

When Ravn decides to sell the company, he suddenly needs a real, tangible director - and hires unsuccessful actor Kristoffer for the role. But negotiations temporarily collapse and Kristoffer must continue acting. The moral dimension of his role is revealed by his ex-wife, who appears as a lawyer for the business partner.

A happy ending remains uncertain: Kristoffer not only wants to act correctly, but also stay true to the fictional character of the director and the principles of his theatre mentor Gambini.
