Obsession

Bear is an ordinary young man whose love for his colleague Nikki is as intense as his inability to ask her out. Desperate people do desperate things - so Bear buys a dubious toy from a seedy pawn shop, one that supposedly can grant a single wish. Any wish at all. He doesn't hesitate: he wants Nikki to love him.

The result arrives almost instantly. Nikki is madly, passionately, dangerously in love with Bear. The more it bothers him, the colder his feelings become. But Nikki remains obsessed, and from this emotional imbalance she begins to behave increasingly erratically.

A frightened Bear would like to return his wish, but the shop owner won't help him - or rather, offers advice he didn't want to hear. The wish's magic can only be undone by death, preferably his own.
