An original production by Jakub Gottwald inspired by the life and work of William Seward Burroughs. Through his radical methods, provocative attitudes, and extreme experiences, the piece explores themes that remain urgent today - the relationship between power and control, systemic manipulation, addiction, war, and individual responsibility.

About the venue: By the Tide

Krajinou přílivu is a Prague civic association working primarily in the Libeň Synagogue in Praha 8. It produces its own staging projects and exhibitions alongside co-productions with theatre and music partners. The association aims to convey humanist values through art and to demonstrate that small independent initiatives can contribute to a more cultivated society. Its programme is supported by the Prague City Hall, the State Culture Fund and the Praha 8 municipal district.
