Through Bohnice Landscape: Nature and Healing Tranquility

A guided walk through the grounds of Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital showcasing the therapeutic effects of the summer landscape. The programme includes a tour of Art Nouveau buildings and the expansive park, whose greenery has been integral to the hospital's therapeutic concept from the beginning.

The walk also explores forest therapy (shinrin yoku) - an approach that uses contact with nature to calm the mind and strengthen psychological resilience. At the end, the guide will recommend literature for those seeking their own path to mental wellbeing.
