In the Footsteps of Jewish Kutná Hora

A guided walk through the centre of Kutná Hora exploring sites connected to the lives of notable Jewish figures from the city and surrounding region. The tour traces the history of the local Jewish community and its contribution to the cultural and social life of the region.

The route takes participants to the locations where two Kutná Hora synagogues once stood and stops at a Holocaust memorial in front of one of them. The walk lasts approximately 60-75 minutes and is led by Jana Bitalová, a lecturer, historian and writer.

Walks take place on July 23 and August 14, 20 and 27, always at 10:00 and 14:00. Meeting point: the T.G. Masaryk statue in front of Vlašský dvůr on Havlíčkovo náměstí.

Ticket proceeds support the Dr. Dagmar Lieblová Foundation and the restoration of the synagogue in Čáslav.
