KINO - Chica Checa

Zdena appears to lead an ordinary life as a rural postal worker - her house is falling apart and she fills her solitude with cucumbers and television. Her son Lukáš lives in France, successful and distant, or so it seems through the screen of an old computer, their only occasional contact.

When grandmother Věra expresses her final wish, it seems like the whim of a dying woman. But when Lukáš returns home, he brings with him a secret he has carefully guarded for years.

Czech drama, 96 minutes. Not suitable for children under 12.
