In the Footsteps of Jewish Kutná Hora

A guided walk through the centre of Kutná Hora exploring sites connected to the lives of notable Jewish figures from the city and surrounding region. The tour traces the history of the local Jewish community and its contribution to the cultural and social life of the region.

The route leads participants to the locations of two former Kutná Hora synagogues and includes a stop at a Holocaust memorial in front of one of the former synagogues. The walk lasts approximately 60-75 minutes.

Walks take place on July 23 and August 14, 20, and 27, always at 10:00 and 14:00. Meeting point: the T.G. Masaryk statue in front of Vlašský dvůr on Havlíčkovo náměstí. The guide is Jana Bitalová, a lecturer, historian, and writer.

Ticket proceeds support the Dr. Dagmar Lieblová Foundation and the restoration of the synagogue in Čáslav.
