CTRL+Play+Toyota Vangelis
Musician Toyota Vangelis performs in the CTRL+Play installation, transforming the mechanical movements, vibrations, and rhythmic sounds of 3D printers into an unexpected live sound composition. The concert explores the intersection of experimental electronics, industrial ambient, and performative art, building on the principles of the CTRL+Play installation, which examines the relationship between technology, play, and human creativity.
Václav Peloušek, performing under the name Toyota Vangelis, combines simulated acoustic sounds with electronics and digitally processed vocals. His songs work with romantic metaphors interwoven with themes such as big data, climate crisis, and alienation. He is a co-founder of Bastl Instruments and the music collective Future Jiskří.
