Another Round
The title says it all. According to one theory, every person should be born with a certain level of alcohol in their blood - mild intoxication supposedly opens the mind, eases problems, and sparks creativity.
This idea captivates Martin (Mads Mikkelsen) and his three friends, burnt-out high school teachers who decide to test it: they maintain a low level of alcohol in their blood throughout the day. If Churchill managed to win World War II with a generous dose of alcohol, what could a few drops do for them and their students? The results are initially encouraging - classes improve, the group rediscovers their zest for life, and the small experiment becomes a genuine academic study.
But when the research goes too far, some must pay the price. The film gradually reveals that while alcohol may have helped achieve great things in history, bold actions have their consequences.
