Heart of the Wild (USA) 2D

James Belmont (Brad Pitt), a retired military expert, sets out with his dog Odin - a German Shepherd and fellow war veteran - on a trip into the Alaskan wilderness. The expedition becomes complicated when James, suffering from a health issue, loses control of a small aircraft and crashes.

Both survivors, badly battered from the impact, have only one chance: to make it back to civilization. The journey becomes a battle with nature in its harshest form - but these two have proven in the past, in war zones, that they can rely on each other completely.

Directed by D. Ayer. Drama, subtitled, 101 min. Suitable for ages 12+.
