It has operated since 2017 as part of the Sdružení obcí Mikroregionu Vsetínsko and coordinates tourism across the Valašsko tourist area. It works with municipalities, local businesses and non-profit organisations, develops tourism products and handles regional marketing. The organisation also manages the Pravé Valašské® regional quality mark.
