Antonín Baudyš's Star Couch: M. Zdráhalová and T. Svobodová

Antonín Baudyš's Star Couch is a talk show where known and lesser-known guests take turns on the couch, sharing stories that have captured Antonín Baudyš's interest. This time the guests are Michaela Zdráhalová and Tara Svobodová. Regular guest is musician Standa Klapuch.

Michaela Zdráhalová focuses on the illusion of separate individuality, pointing out that the feeling of being an independently governed being is a mental delusion accompanied by loneliness and suffering. She offers insight into the reality that we have never been separate entities and that we already are perfect freedom and completeness – and that by knowing ourselves as unconditional free being, the illusory ego loses its power.

Tara Svobodová has been interested since childhood in the nature of consciousness and what lies beneath the surface of ordinary experience. Her work consists of therapeutic training, body work, and long-term study of archetypes and tarot. In direct encounter with a person, she works through presence and subtle attunement, which enables the opening of inner processes and deeper self-understanding.
