On Saturday, September 12, 2026, the sixth edition of the Dožínky Harvest Fair takes place in the castle garden in Brandýs nad Labem, this time in collaboration with Free Festival.

Two stages will feature local bands and well-known acts including Olga Lounová and Circus Brothers. The event also includes a food fest and a family zone.

The castle garden in Brandýs nad Labem is one of the oldest surviving Renaissance gardens in central Bohemia, laid out in 1563 for Emperor Ferdinand I. It reached its peak under Rudolf II, who made Brandýs his main residence outside Prague and had the garden extended with summer pavilions, fountains, and the 80-metre covered walkway known as the Rudolfinka. The only structure to survive from the original imperial garden is the late-Renaissance balustrade by master stonemason Antonio Brocco. A major revitalization completed in summer 2023 restored the greenhouse and added new plantings. Concerts and outdoor cultural events take place here during the warmer months.

About: Olga Lounová

Czech singer-songwriter, actress and rally driver Olga Lounová was born on 7 March 1981 in Liberec under the name Pytlounová. She completed musical theatre training at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory in Prague and earned a degree in education. Beginning her solo career around 2010 with an opening performance for Pink and the hit single "Láska v housce", she has since performed live over 1,800 times, collaborated with Karel Gott on a duet, and achieved chart placement on the US Billboard.
