HBV: Mucha Quartet - String Quartet

The Slovak Mucha Quartet, a chamber ensemble with extensive international experience, will perform at the castle chapel in Valtice with a programme of classical repertoire.

The concert will feature Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's String Quartet No. 16 in B flat major "Hunt", the lyrical Nocturne for String Quartet by J. L. Bella, and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's String Quartet No. 1 in D major.

The ensemble regularly performs at home and abroad, has participated in numerous recordings and artistic projects, and is recognised for promoting Slovak music and for projects combining music with spoken word.
