The summer edition of Soirée, the evening gathering of the art section at the Smíchov factory, takes place on Thursday, August 13. The programme includes an opening reception at Kostka Gallery, guided tours of exhibitions and artist studios on the residential floor of the factory, and an art workshop.

About the venue: MeetFactory

MeetFactory is a non-profit international centre for contemporary art, founded in 2001 by artist David Černý. It is housed in an industrial building in Prague's Smíchov district, squeezed between a motorway and an active railway. The centre runs four departments – music, theatre, galleries, and an artist-in-residence programme, the largest studio programme in the Czech Republic. Its concert hall holds up to 1,000 people.
