Prague's gay men's choir Doodles celebrates its 15th anniversary with a concert on Friday, August 7 at 7 p.m. in Bethlehem Chapel. The event takes place on the eve of the rainbow pride parade through Prague as part of the Prague Pride 2026 festival.

Besides Doodles, two guest choirs will perform - making their Prague debut: the American Mid-Atlantic Gay Men's Chorus and Berlin's MÄNNER-MINNE gay choir.

About the venue: Betlémská kaple

Bethlehem Chapel on Betlémské náměstí in Prague 1 is a national cultural monument and the first preaching church in Europe. It was founded in 1391 specifically for sermons in Czech; Jan Hus preached here from 1402 to 1413. After being demolished in 1786, architect Jaroslav Fragner rebuilt it between 1950 and 1954 using surviving plans and wall fragments. The chapel is now owned by the Czech Technical University (ČVUT), which uses it as a ceremonial hall for graduations; outside those events it is open to visitors, together with the adjacent Preachers' House.
