A Midsummer Night's Dream
Zimní stadion Kutná Hora, Kutná Hora
"Wow, what a night. And who is this? What was I even doing?" Welcome to the forest. Or the town square. Or in front of a bus - because this theatre won't just come to perform. It will arrive by bus. A theatre bus. An old one. Slightly worn, slightly magical. And it will perform right on it.
A Midsummer Night's Dream as a mobile party that parks near you and transforms a parking lot into a forest full of fairies, hormones, and bad decisions. Hermia doesn't want to. Demetrius wants to. Helena wants more. The forest does what it wants. And during rehearsals, the ensemble said to itself: "We'll study this strategically and obscenely." No dusty classics - live music, original songs, and energy that vibrates through the bus metal.
Shakespeare once wrote: "Everything blurs for me..." Of course. Because when you fall in love with the wrong person, wake up next to someone else, and meanwhile a bunch of actors are rehearsing a wedding on the back of a bus, everything blurs for you too.
The performance is part of the OLDstars on the ROAD 2026 project.
