Wild 1990s: tracksuits, colorful jackets, large boomboxes, video rental shops on every corner, kitschy dance music. And also new social conditions, a flood of con artists, the beginnings of organized crime, and with it corruption and violence.

In this anonymous Slovak small town, the story unfolds of Laco Hunder - a museum custodian proud of his work, whose choleric temperament leads him to the wrong place at the very wrong time.
