Odyssea

Odysseus (Matt Damon) was king of the Greek island of Ithaca, who according to legend and the poet Homer invented the famous Trojan Horse - a trick that sealed Troy's fate and ended the grueling siege of the city. After the battles end, he desires only one thing: to return home to his wife Penelope (Anne Hathaway) and son Telemachus (Tom Holland).

His bold deeds have angered the gods, who decide to make his journey home as difficult as possible. This is why the word "odyssey" has become synonymous with a journey full of obstacles that lead the wanderer away from his goal rather than toward it.

While Odysseus battles gods, giants, the seductive sorceress Circe, and other perils, his wife Penelope faces men who seek to claim her and the entire kingdom of Ithaca.
