I Swear It's Not My Fault

A British film based on the true story of John Davidson. It follows his initially carefree adolescence, which takes a turn when the world around him stops understanding and accepting him.

The turning point comes with his meeting Dottie, the energetic mother of a former classmate. Through this relationship, John finds support and understanding - shame and isolation gradually transform into strength and the ability to face his own life, and even to use his disability with wit to raise awareness. The British royal family might even take notice.
