Normal Idiot

A theatrical play "Normal Idiot" is based on Robert Bellan's book of the same name. It is a retro comedy rooted in the author's childhood adventures in socialist Czechoslovakia.

The main character, troublemaker Norbert Intribus, takes the audience through a socialist household, school, football field, river, hospital, and even a cemetery sex party. The production includes period pop music, Czechoslovak television broadcasts, and an expert perspective on psychological volcanism.
