"Nepal Won't Change You, Nepal Will Change You" – a travel lecture by Mirčí and Jirka Hanáčkovi (www.trimount.cz).

They first visited Nepal in 2018, and since then it has become their corner of the world. The lecture will cover how to trek solo in the Himalayas without tour agencies, how to pack for a month in the mountains, and what high-altitude acclimatization entails.

The evening's highlight is their latest adventure – the ascent of Mera Peak (6,470 m): a challenging trek through remote terrain, a stay at high camp at 5,800 m, and the climb to this six-thousand-meter peak, which tested their limits.
