Exhibition "Ornaments of Ancient Times" at the Dr. Hostaš Museum of Local History in Klatovy

The exhibition "Ornaments of Ancient Times" showcases ancient Paleolithic ornaments and the technologies used to create them. It runs in the exhibition hall of the Dr. Hostaš Museum of Local History in Klatovy from March 6 to September 13, 2026. Throughout the exhibition, a self-service Paleolithic jewelry workshop is available, particularly suitable for parents with children, preschools, and young schoolchildren. The exhibition also features thematic creative workshops — for example, the "Spring Amulet from Ancient Times" workshop (April 4, 2026). Admission: full ticket 50 CZK, reduced 30 CZK, children and students 20 CZK, family 125 CZK; payment by card is accepted. The museum is open Tuesday–Saturday 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00, Sunday 13:00–17:00, closed Mondays.
