Elegance

A jubilee retrospective exhibition of painter Jan Rapin titled ELEGANCE, realized in collaboration with the SOCHÁRIUM gallery on the occasion of his 70th birthday, presents the most comprehensive overview of the artist's work to date. The exhibition is divided into two parts: the Ground Floor Gallery showcases works from the last ten years, while the Tower Gallery features thematic sections on each floor. The exhibition invites visitors into a world of paintings in which elegance and female beauty become the central motif and permeate the artist's entire body of work. The paintings are sensitively complemented by sculptures by artists who also dedicate themselves to this theme. The exhibition runs from May 7 to 31, 2026, open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00–18:00. Admission is charged separately for each gallery. On Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 3 p.m., a meeting and conversation with the exhibition's creator will take place.
