The Teacher Must Go in Valašské Meziříčí

A comedy about parents who decide to remove their child's teacher - in the first half of the school year, their children's grades have plummeted, the classroom atmosphere is poor, and they face entrance exams for eight-year gymnasiums. Who else could be to blame but the teacher?

Five parents, five different characters: a bitter unemployed man constantly pressuring his daughter, an ambitious doctor, an indecisive intellectual, and a married couple in crisis, uprooted by a job relocation. But the teacher has no intention of giving up without a fight - she holds up a mirror to the parents and reveals that their children are problematic in different ways and are themselves the source of classroom unrest.
