About the venue: Melodka na Střeláku

Melodka na Střeláku is an independent music club in the Pisárky district of Brno, which opened new premises in March 2026 within the historic Střelák shooting-range complex. The Melodka club has been active in Brno for over twenty years and, after several relocations, settled at a site with a rich past – in the Austro-Hungarian era it hosted baths and a shooting range, and later a legendary beat-music pub. The club hosts rock, metal and alternative concerts.

About: Volant

Founded in 1995 by vocalist and guitarist Pavel Milichovský, Volant is a ska-punk/rock ensemble from Pardubice. The band's distinctive character emerges from Zdeněk Mašek's saxophone, which enriches the traditional guitar arrangement, complemented by lyrics marked by characteristic Czech wit. Across three decades, Volant has cultivated a dedicated audience and maintains an active presence at festivals and venues throughout the Czech Republic.

About: Punk Floid

Punk Floid is a Czech punk rock band from Zábřeh na Moravě that has been performing since 1999. The band's name is a humorous reference to Pink Floyd, and their musical approach combines British punk from the 1970s with melodic American punk of the 1990s. Throughout more than two decades of activity, they have performed over 600 concerts and released three studio albums as well as a split CD with the band Houba.
