Tuesday Art Studio for Children 11–13 Years Old

The Tuesday Art Studio for children aged 11–13 is a regular art workshop run by the National Gallery Prague in the Veletržní Palace. The studio takes place every Tuesday from 3 February to 16 June 2026. Art activities are always inspired by original artworks displayed in the gallery's exhibitions and collections. Children and teenagers study them in detail and through active creation gain experience across a full range of classical techniques (drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography) as well as multimedia approaches with opportunities for experimentation and free combination. The studio also offers basic orientation in the field of art transformations over time. Limited capacity ensures individual attention for each child. The studios are led by experienced art instructors. The subscription price includes instruction, art materials, and supplies. New participants can attend their first trial lesson free of charge.
