MaBaSo Trio brings together three musicians from different parts of the world: Bernard Maseli on electric vibraphone, Michal Barański on bass guitar, and drummer Daniel Šoltis. The group's repertoire consists of original compositions at the intersection of modern jazz and fusion, with the vibraphone and bass guitar sound distinctly shaped by electronic effects.

All three members have collaborated with renowned artists such as Bennie Maupin, Nigel Kennedy, Tomasz Stańko, Michał Urbaniak, Aga Zaryan, Rich Perry, and Ingrid Jensen.

About the venue: Jazz Dock

Jazz Dock is a design jazz club opened in 2009 on the banks of the Vltava river in Prague's Smíchov district, opposite Children's Island. It regularly hosts concerts of jazz, funk, soul, blues and world music, as well as its own festivals. The interior was designed by architects Ivan Sládek and Jaroslav Ourecký; a rooftop terrace is open in summer. The venue also includes a bar and restaurant.

Bernard Maseli is a Polish jazz musician and composer who plays electric vibraphone. He works at the crossroads of modern jazz and fusion, making heavy use of electronic effects to shape his sound. Over the years he has collaborated with artists such as Tomasz Stańko, Nigel Kennedy and Michał Urbaniak.
