O. J. Žlábek Band is a Prague-based ensemble of young musicians performing Chicago and West Coast blues with elements of New Orleans blues, funk, and soul. The band has been active on the Prague blues scene since 2018.

In 2023, they won the Czech Blues Challenge and advanced to the European Blues Challenge 2024, where they represented the Czech Republic. In April 2025, the band won Blues Aperitiv - the qualifying round for the largest Czech blues festival, Blues Alive.

About the venue: Jazz Dock

Jazz Dock is a design jazz club opened in 2009 on the banks of the Vltava river in Prague's Smíchov district, opposite Children's Island. It regularly hosts concerts of jazz, funk, soul, blues and world music, as well as its own festivals. The interior was designed by architects Ivan Sládek and Jaroslav Ourecký; a rooftop terrace is open in summer. The venue also includes a bar and restaurant.
